Hi all! I recently started an A.I. focused Venture Studio + Hedge Fund, https://www.quantaventures.ai/. We use AI/ML to invest in public assets of all types in our hedge fund (stocks, options, crypto, futures) as well as build, fund and spinoff AI related companies. My cofounder, David Wetherell, started the world's first internet only VC fund back in 1993 (CMGi) and is self funding the company and hedge fund.
Our first teammate led development and strategy at an options pod at Millennium + started several hedge funds from scratch. Our goal is to combine exceptional quants with exceptional software engineers. We're currently hiring software engineers, quants, and AI engineers. Quanta is much more of a tech startup than a finance company and we think that's a huge competitive advantage.
