How to use the database: 

• You enter the desired position into the "Job Title" We recommend using "Farmworker" as it gives the most results
• As you hit "search," you get 8000+ results which are the American employers who sponsored H-2A visa in the past
• You copy the company's name in the Employer cell and google this name to get the email address to apply. 
• You repeat it as often as needed and email employers with your resume. 
• It's important to indicate at least 3 months of correspondent experience in your resume!
